What You Can Expect From Your Coach!
As a coach, I recognize that your answers and your future lie within YOU! I will help you discover your identity and your purpose, define your dreams, set goals, establish strategies, take actions and overcome obstacles. As your coach, I will give you support, insight and guidance. You can expect me to ask you lots of questions and contribute a fresh perspective, empowering resources, inspiring encouragement and priceless accountability.

What Your Coach Expects From You!
To be successfully coached you must have a deep desire to want to see and pursue change and personal growth in your own life. You must be committed to this process and open to the insights and ideas from your coach. It is important that you will be both honest and courageous.

Where and How Often Do We Meet?
Coaching mostly occurs in a quiet café but may also take place at your home, office or over the phone. The number of coaching sessions will be dependent on the coaching option chosen and commonly we meet fortnightly or monthly.

Growth and change are gradual and progressive; therefore coaching generally is a process and a journey.
