Amanda has 15 different, 2 hour workshops that she can conduct for you and your team. The content covered in the workshops will be applied at both a personal and professional level. The overriding objective of these workshops is to build your people, who in turn will build your business.
The workshops are interactive with a combination of training, group discussions, hands-on activities, games and role-plays. The topics are flexible, as is the time. Workshop content and focus can be discussed and altered according to your aims and outcomes. If you are wishing to provide a day seminar or a retreat for your staff, a number of the workshops may be chosen to best suit your needs. A workbook is provided for each workshop participant. Click on the link for the details of each workshop.
Amanda can inspire your staff with a message that will help them maximize performance in their personal lives and in their professional careers. She customizes the message to her audience and to the company’s objectives. Amanda is passionate and will energize your staff to enlarge and excel in all of life. Her words will challenge, inspire, entertain and provoke. She loves to speak about dreaming broader, achieving higher, unleashing potential, exceptional attitudes and loving life.
A different format for presenting the Workshops is in a less formal, more interactive style called ‘Coaching Groups’. Rather than meeting in your seminar room for a workshop, Coaching Groups can take place around the lunch table, on the lounges in the staff room or in a quiet cafe. Ideally the size of these groups would range from 3 – 10 people and last for approximately 1 hour. These groups could be conducted weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
Coaching Groups are a highly effective way of conducting Life Coaching to a number of employees at one time. By coaching in groups; cost and time are minimised. The additional advantages of coaching groups are that relationships will build and the team members may be held accountable to each other for things that are discussed and called to act upon. I highly recommend this style of training as your staff will receive regular input and both your team and your business will be strengthened.

‘Forget gym memberships and parking spaces –
corporate high-flyers are now demanding a life coach as part of their salary package…
They believe a weekly or fortnightly session with someone who can enhance their performance is just as important as an attractive salary.’
(Qantas magazine)
One-on-One Coaching provides an important tool for intensive personal training over a period of time. It can help you or your staff; increase performance, breakthrough limitations and learn new skills. The role of a coach is multifaceted. They give insight, inspiration, support, guidance and motivation. They also become a confidant, a ‘sounding-board’ and an invaluable accountability partner. A coach is not a business consultant, rather an instructor who gets beside a person and assists them in all areas of their world both personal and professional. Coaching may be conducted at your work place, home, café or over the phone.
